This is me, Merel van den Nieuwenhuizen aka Birdy. I know right?! How do you pronounce that name!? And believe it or not my parents gave me two middle names too... Never can I ever fit my name on the designating line. So here in New Zealand they call me 'Meryl' or just Birdy.
Like the dutchies, who are reading this, know that Merel actually means black bird in english.
